Junnae Roberts is a nonprofit executive, strategist, and founder of Blueprint Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in organizational development, leadership capacity building, and training for nonprofits and small businesses. With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience, Junnae most recently served as CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas, where she scaled the organization from 2 sites serving 200 kids to 17+ sites serving over 2,200 and growing the annual budget from $1.4M to $3M+ in under three years. Named the Wichita Business Journal's Executive of the Year in 2023, she brings a practical, action-oriented approach to every room she enters.
