Terecka Brown is a nonprofit consultant, grant strategist, and entrepreneur who helps mission-driven organizations build the operational foundation they need to attract and sustain funding. Through her work at Source Hub, she guides nonprofits through every stage of organizational development — from clarifying their program model and strengthening internal systems to identifying the right funding opportunities and crafting competitive applications. Terecka is a strong advocate for using AI and emerging tools to level the playing field for under-resourced nonprofits, helping smaller organizations compete for grants that were once out of reach. Her approach is practical and results-oriented: she meets organizations where they are and builds a clear path to where they need to be.
